As the teaser pre-cursor to Salsa Upanishads, we have a Bachata Focused Social night at Raasta, Knowledge City on Wed 7th Aug from 8:00 pm onward till 11:00 pm

Suspenders and Frocks - World Salsa Radio Launch Party at F Cafe
Salsa Upanishads Launch Party kicks off at F Cafe, Madhapur Thursday 8th August from 7:00 pm onward.
Party will start with a merengue workshop – a simple but fun and energetic partner-dance from the Dominican Republic. This will be followed by Artist Introductions, a hour focused on Bachata followed by DJ Ravi playing for the World Salsa Radio while we dance to the groovy numbers he spin out. Expect loads of dancing and amazing energy.
Denim and White, Jack & Jill Tiene Tumba Launch at Vault, Jubilee Hills
As we gear up to the weekend – we start Friday evening in a chilled out manner with a Jack&Jill focused night at Valut, Jubilee Hills on Friday 9th Aug from 7:00 pm onward. Highlights of the evening include the launch of Tiene Tumbao – a National Level J&J platform for Latin Dance.

Best Foot Forward - a formal DO at Over the Moon Brew Co
We kick off the weekend with a kick-ass social dancing night at Over the Moon Brew Co, Gachibowli on Saturday, 10th Aug. DJ Alex will take over the console. Highlights will includes Latin Animations, Shine-takshris, games, and loads of dancing. Theme: Best Foot Forward – come in your best dance friendly formal wear.
Havana Night Finale at Monastery
We wrap up the festival by letting out collective hair down with a chilled out party at Monastery, Knowledge City on Sunday the 11th Aug evening. This evening is all about putting the Social in Latin Socials front and Center. Theme is Havana Night – Dress Code – dress in your very best khakis, and half sleeves, short frocks for the ladies.
